Strawberry Balsamic French Toast

Directions

Make the Strawberry Balsamic Topping

1. In a small saucepan over low heat:
   -Combine the Strawberry Champagne Jam & Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
   -Stir until warm and slightly loosened
   -Add fresh strawberries and let simmer 2-3 minutes
   -Remove from heat and set aside

Prepare the French Toast Batter

1. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pink of salt

Cook the French Toast

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat

2. Add Vanilla Infused Olive Oil to coat the pan

3. Dip each slice of bread into the batter (don’t oversoak)

4. Cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown

Assemble

1. Plate warm French toast

2. Spoon the strawberry balsamic topping over each slice

3. Dust with powdered sugar
