Whipped Feta Greek Dip

Whipped Feta Greek Dip

Ingredients
- 1 packet LSB It’s Greek To Me Dip Mix
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
- ½ cup crumbled feta
- ¼ cup chopped kalamata olives
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Optional: diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, fresh parsley
Directions
Blend
Blend the cream cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, feta, olive oil, and lemon juice until smooth and creamy.
Add the Mix
Stir in the LSB It’s Greek To Me Dip Mix and chopped kalamata olives.
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to develop.
Garnish
Before serving, top with extra feta, olives, diced cucumber, cherry tomatoes, and fresh parsley as desired.
Serve
Serve chilled with pita chips, naan wedges, cucumber rounds, crackers, carrots, bell peppers, or toasted baguette.
