Returns & Refunds
We want you to love everything you receive from Lock, Stock & Barrel. If there is ever an issue with your order, we are always happy to help. However, because many of our products are food and other perishable goods, we generally do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at support@shoplsb.com with your order number and photos of the issue if applicable. We will gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement, store credit, or refund when appropriate.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened food items or perishable goods.
Approved refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment. Please allow several business days for processing depending on your financial institution.
Gift items eligible for return may be issued store credit.
