Ingredients

  • 1 cup finely chopped Lock, Stock & Barrel The Double Dill Pickles
  • 1 packet Lemon Dill Chilled Dip Mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1–2 tablespoons pickle juice from the jar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder, optional
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh dill, optional
  • Crushed kettle chips, optional topping

Directions

  1. Add the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise to a mixing bowl. Stir until smooth and fully combined.

  2. Add the Lemon Dill Chilled Dip Mix, chopped Double Dill Pickles, 1 tablespoon of pickle juice, garlic powder, and black pepper.

  3. Mix until the pickles and seasonings are evenly distributed. Add another tablespoon of pickle juice for a thinner consistency or stronger pickle flavor.

  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to allow the flavors to blend.

  5. Before serving, top with additional chopped pickles, fresh dill, and crushed kettle chips, if desired.

  6. Serve chilled with kettle chips, pretzel crisps, rye chips, crackers, celery sticks, cucumber rounds, carrots, or toasted baguette slices.
